Cod with Biateca grape seed oil sauce.
The buttery garlic crust turns a simple cod fillet into an easy and healthy meal on weekdays.

Ingredients

Cod

4 fillets

Grape seed oil S-C

1 tablespoon

Thyme

1 tablespoons

Butter

3 tablespoons, softened

Garlic

3 cloves, minced

Parsley

1 tablespoons, finely chopped

Paprika⁣⁣

1/2 teaspoon

Lemon

1 pc, thinly sliced

Salt

Optional

Pepper

Optional

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C. Place the cod in a baking dish.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the butter, Biateca Sauvignon-Chardonnay grape seed oil, minced garlic, parsley, pepper, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Spread the resulting sauce over each fillet.
Step 4
Place the lemon slices on top and bottom of the cod fillets.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cod is cloudy and flakes easily with a fork.
Step 6
Pour the juice from the baking dish over the cod before serving.
