Step 1
Season the turkey cavity with salt and pepper.

Add onions, lemon, and herbs to it.

Make a sauce for smudging.
Combine butter, BBQ Marinade dressing (shake well beforehand), garlic and salt.

Then carefully peel the skin off the turkey by sliding your fingers from the bottom. Then rub about 1/3 of the herbal oil between the skin and the breast of the turkey.
Step 5
Rub the remaining mixture over the surface of the turkey.
Place the turkey on a roasting rack and roast for about 50 minutes at 160 degrees.
Step 6
Let the turkey rest for 30 minutes before cutting. This allows the juices to be redistributed, making the turkey deliciously juicy.
