Balsamic sauce for meat salads

Incredible balsamic sauce.
A simple yet delicious sauce recipe with maple syrup, fresh chopped rosemary and thyme. This sauce takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, but thanks to it any salad of yours is sure to rise to the next level!


Maple syrup

2 tablespoons (can be replaced with liquid honey)

Grape seed oil M-C

10 tablespoons

Valsamic vinegar

5 tablespoons


1 clove


1/2 teaspoon

Ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon

Fresh thyme (cumin)

1 teaspoon, finely chopped

Fresh rosemary

1 teaspoon, finely chopped

Step 1
Add grape seed oil Merlot-Cabinet, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, minced garlic, salt, and ground black pepper to a blender or food processor. Mix until the sauce is creamy. Transfer to a jar or airtight container, then add the herbs. Shake or stir to combine all ingredients. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
