Bruschetta with pumpkin in white wine

Gourmet bruschetta for starter or dinner.A combination that is hard to break away from: pumpkin in white wine, dressed with Biateca Salad Balsamic dressing.

Ingredients

Pumpkin

200 grams

Salad Balsamic

50 ml

Pumpkin seed oil

30 ml

White wine

50 ml

Sugar

75 grams

Onions, peeled and diced

50 grams

Garlic

1 clove

Bread

2 slices

Tomato

4 pcs

Granular mustard

2 tablespoons

Step 1
Making pumpkin puree: Simmer the onions in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
Step 2
Then add pumpkin cubes, garlic, a teaspoon of salt, sugar, and wine, and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
Step 3
Then put everything in a food processor and chop until fine pureed.
Step 4
Now transfer the mixture back to the saucepan and bring to a boil again.
Step 5
Let the pumpkin puree cool.
Step 6
Pumpkin puree toast: Brush the bread with Biateca pumpkin seed oil.
Step 7
Then spread the pumpkin puree on top.
Step 8
Now add tomato slices on top.
Step 9
Garnish with mustard seeds, garlic, salt, freshly ground black pepper, and a few drops of Salad Balsamic Biateca.
