Fresh ginger

Half, peeled and minced

Onion

1/2, chopped⁣⁣

Vegetable broth

Potato

Step 1
Boil onions, carrots, potatoes. Add the ginger 10 minutes until fully cooked.
Step 2
Beat until smooth.
Step 3
Add oil on top.
Step 4
Decorate with hemp seeds, boiled buckwheat or herbs.
