Ingredients

Raw cashews

½ cup (pour boiling water over and soak for 1-8 hours)

Hemp seed oil

3 tablespoons

Basil leaves

1/3 cup, packed

Garlic

1/3 cup, chopped

Dried capers

2 teaspoons

Fresh lemon juice

3 tablespoons

Salt

1/4 teaspoon

Water

1/4 cup

Step 1
In a blender bowl, combine soaked and dried cashews, basil, garlic, capers, lemon juice, hemp seed oil, salt, and 1/4 cup water.
Step 2
Whisk until the dressing is creamy, add more water if necessary.
