Step 1
Combine fennel, avocado, grapefruit, and greens in a large salad bowl.
Step 2
Place Flax seed oil, balsamic vinegar,grapefruit juice, mustard, spices and salt in a jar with a lid. Close the jar and shake well.
Step 3
Sprinkle the salad with 3-4 tablespoons of the resulting dressing.
