Flax seed oil

A quick and hearty protein breakfast that will take you 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Bacon

6 slices

Flax seed oil

2 tablespoons

Cheese

200 grams

Egg

12 pcs

Spinach

A few handfuls

Whole milk

1/4 cup

Salt

1/2 teaspoon

Step 1
Beat eggs, add grape seed oil seed oil, milk and salt.
Step 2
Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp.
Step 3
Add spinach to bacon and simmer for 3 minutes. Add the sautéed spinach and bacon to the egg mixture.
Step 4
Pour the egg mixture into a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, until hardened.
Step 5
Remove, cool, and cut into circles using a wide jar lid or round cookie cutter.
Step 6
Spread flax seed oil on the muffins and place eggs on top of each circle. Add the green cheese and enjoy.
Step 7
If you want to make the sandwich more nutritious , add guacamole or mashed avocado with salt and a few drops of flax seed oil on muffins.
