Ingredients

Zucchini (4 medium)

900 grams

Grape seed oil

20 ml

Chickpea flour

65 grams

Chia seeds

3 tablespoons, chopped

Lemon juice

2 tablespoons

Onion

3 pcs

Garlic

3 cloves, finely grated

Salt⁣⁣

1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper⁣⁣

Thick yogurt

Step 1
Grate the courgettes on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Squeeze the grated zucchini into a bowl⁣⁣.
Step 3
Put the squeezed zucchini and all other ingredients together with the flour into a large bowl. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Place in the oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
